ABOUT
Before founding WITHIN, I spent almost a decade in education, leading work in behaviour, inclusion and organisational culture.
Although schools and flexible workspaces are very different, they share something important. Both are communities where people choose how they participate, build relationships and are shaped by the experiences created around them.
That perspective now shapes how WITHIN helps flexible workspace operators understand the experiences behind member retention.
